Whilst we cannot consider any transfers to the third year (apart from our BSc Chemistry course), it may be possible to transfer to second year. This will depend upon whether the course that you are interested in accepts transfers; please submit an enquiry form here to enquire whether your chosen course considers second year transfers.

Your circumstances, your previous qualifications and how you are progressing through your current degree will be taken into consideration.

Here are a few important details to keep in mind:
- Transfers are only accepted at the beginning of each academic year, so the soonest we could consider a transfer at this point would be in September 2025.
- In order to transfer into the second year of a degree, it is necessary to successfully complete the first year of the same degree at your current institution.
- While we will take into account your A-Level or equivalent qualifications, we will also require you to pass the first year of your current degree, usually meeting a certain level of achievement (for instance, at least 70%).
