Postgraduate or Dubai applicants:
You will need to register an account before you create your application. Please select the ‘Sign up’ option on the sign in screen to complete registration.
Applicants managed by an agent:
You will receive an invite to register at the portal once an Agent submits a first application on your behalf. Please follow the steps in the email to complete registration.
Teacher training (DfE) applicants:
You will receive an email inviting you to join this Portal at the point you first need to use it to support your application. The timings will vary for each applicant and can depend on whether we have a query about your application. The Portal invitation email will be sent to the email address you used when you submitted your application to the Department for Education DfE.
Only Postgraduate course applications (Edgbaston and Dubai campus) and Pre-sessional English course applications are processed within this portal.
